Pulte Homes Opens Westlight Townhome Community in Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas is welcoming its only new townhome community currently selling within the 3,600-acre master plan with the opening of Westlight by Pulte Homes. Located along Lake Las Vegas Parkway, the neighborhood opened two model homes for tours beginning Oct. 3 at 245 Asher Falls Drive in Henderson.
What Westlight Brings to Lake Las Vegas Parkway
The development introduces three distinct floor plans—the Branton, Cornwall, and Danbury—ranging from 1,759 square feet to 1,900 square feet. Each design includes two to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, and two-car garages. The Cornwall and Danbury serve as the community’s model homes for prospective buyers touring the property.
“Westlight brings a new home option to Lake Las Vegas that buyers can’t currently find anywhere else in the community,” said Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corp., developer of Lake Las Vegas. “These homes offer the space and functionality buyers might expect from a single-family home with the convenience of townhome living. We expect that combination to generate a lot of interest.”
Danbury and Cornwall Models Offer Flexible Layouts
The Danbury model spans approximately 1,900 square feet and features three to four bedrooms alongside an open living area and a loft. Homeowners can adapt the loft space into a home office, lounge, or entertainment area. Meanwhile, the Cornwall model offers approximately 1,759 square feet with two to three bedrooms in an open-concept layout.
A rooftop deck extends the living space outdoors in select designs, providing an additional area for residents to entertain, relax, and take in the surrounding views. Nearly all homes within Westlight provide views of the Las Vegas Strip, while select residences feature mountain views.
Access to Master-Plan Amenities
The neighborhood’s location along Lake Las Vegas Parkway places residents close to community amenities, including the 320-acre lake, dining and entertainment in the Village, and the Reflection Bay Golf Club. Walking and biking trails thread through the area, alongside year-round community events.
Homebuyers at Westlight also receive a waived $25,000 Lake Las Vegas Sports Club initiation fee. This waiver grants access to nearly 100 weekly group fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts, heated pools, and member activities such as Friday night happy hours.
