Privateers Prepare for Bubba Barnett intercollegiate
NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans (UNO) menS golf team will continue its fall season at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate, hosted by Arkansas State, beginning Monday, October 23rd. This tournament follows a strong showing at the Little rock Invitational where the privateers finished eighth overall.
UNO showcased remarkable individual performances at the Little Rock Invitational, highlighted by a team-leading three eagles recorded throughout the tournament – a total that tied for the most in the field.Maximilian Wojciechowski led the Privateers wiht a tied-for-27th place finish after carding a 215 (74, 71, 70). Tom Watson followed closely with a tied-for-34th place result (217, 73, 72, 72), while Matt Weber tied for 41st (219, 74, 73, 72). Taylor Boasberg finished tied for 48th (221, 74, 72, 75), and Britton Khalaf rounded out the team’s performance with a 78th place finish (233, 79, 78, 76).
