Post Malone to Headline Dallas Cowboys‘⁢ Thanksgiving Halftime Show, Kicking Off ⁤The Salvation Army‘s Red Kettle Campaign

ARLINGTON, ⁣TX – November 12, 2024 – Multi-platinum recording artist‍ Post Malone will perform at ‍the annual Thanksgiving Day halftime show when the Dallas Cowboys host the Kansas city Chiefs on november 27th. The performance will launch The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign, a⁣ critical fundraising effort entering its 29th year as a Cowboys tradition.

A‍ native Texan and lifelong Cowboys fan, ⁢malone expressed his excitement,⁣ stating, “I’m from Texas. I grew up a Cowboys fan and have been watching this halftime show for years. It’s a real honor to be part of​ the Red Kettle Kickoff with The ⁣Salvation Army and the Dallas Cowboys⁤ and help bring hope to so many people.”

The Red Kettle Kickoff​ serves as a national call to ​action ‌for donations to The Salvation ⁣Army,‌ which provides vital services across the country. Malone, ⁢a recipient ⁤of⁣ 11 Billboard Music ‌Awards, five American Music Awards, six MTV Video Music ​Awards, and 18 Grammy Award nominations, ​will perform his signature blend of country, rock, and⁣ hip-hop.

“The Red Kettle Campaign is more ‌than a tradition – it’s a lifeline,” saeid Charlotte jones, chief brand officer and co-owner⁣ of ‌the ‌dallas Cowboys and former ⁢national ‌advisory board chairman for The ⁣Salvation Army. “Every‌ ring of a ⁣bell is a ‌reminder that small acts of generosity ⁣can spark real joy. We’re proud to stand with The Salvation Army once again and are so excited for our biggest fan,Post Malone,to share ‍his immense talent‌ and energy with fans nationwide.”

Since 1997, the Cowboys’ Thanksgiving halftime ‍show has featured a diverse lineup of renowned⁢ entertainers, including Reba McEntire, Randy‍ Travis, ⁤Clint black, Jessica ⁣Simpson, Creed, LeeAnn rimes, toby Keith, Destiny’s Child, Sheryl Crow, ⁤Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Keith Urban, Enrique Iglesias, Kenny Chesney, Selena ‌Gomez, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Meghan Trainor, Luke Combs, ⁢and the Jonas Brothers.

The salvation Army,the nation’s largest private provider of social services,operates over 7,400 centers nationwide,offering localized programs and support to nearly 28 million⁢ people annually with food,housing,and other ⁤essential services.
