Phil Collins, the iconic musician, is currently hospitalized following knee surgery, according to reports. While earlier speculation suggested he was in hospice care, a representative for the artist has clarified that he is in the hospital recovering from the procedure.
The health challenges faced by Collins began after a spinal injury sustained in 2007. These issues have impacted his ability to perform live, as evidenced during the Genesis concerts in 2022, where he performed seated and was supported by his son, Nic Collins. In an interview earlier this year, Collins himself expressed a lack of motivation to continue making music due to his ongoing health struggles, stating, “I’m sick, I mean very sick.”
