A man was accused of stealing more than 80 medications from the pharmacy inside Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care in Clemmons, North Carolina, early on February 20, 2026, according to reports.

The Clemmons Police Department responded to a reported break-in at approximately 3:50 a.m. At the Urgent Care facility located on the 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, according to a report from Yahoo News. Authorities allege the suspect stole over 80 pharmaceutical items during the incident.
