Perella Weinberg Partners Launches 2026 Europe Advisory Diversity Prep Program
LONDON – Perella Weinberg Partners today announced the launch of its 2026 Europe Advisory Diversity Prep Program, a two-day immersive experience designed to prepare high-achieving undergraduate students for a career in Investment banking. The program will take place in London on Monday, April 13th and Tuesday, April 14th, 2026.
The program aims to foster diversity within the firm by providing participants with technical skills, networking opportunities, and insights into the industry. Students will engage in case study training, panel discussions with Perella Weinberg bankers, and sessions with senior leadership to learn about their career paths. Participants will also receive guidance on preparing for technical interviews and gain access to a fast-track submission process for the firm’s 2027 internship opportunities.
Perella Weinberg Partners is seeking undergraduate students who identify as Black, Asian, Minority Ethnicity, and/or LGBTQ+ and are graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, with an interest in off-cycle and summer opportunities in Europe.
The application deadline is January 4, 2026.Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submissions are encouraged. Perella Weinberg will provide travel and accommodation support for participants not currently based in London.
