Pentagon Aide Resigns Amid Staff Turnover

A key aide to a senior Pentagon official has resigned, marking the latest departure from a rapidly shifting leadership team. Fulcher, who joined the Department of Defense earlier this year, confirmed his resignation Thursday night to Fox news digital after serving six months at the Pentagon.

Fulcher was part of an inner circle of advisers appointed to support Hegseth, who assumed leadership at the Pentagon during Trump’s second term. His exit follows a broader reshuffling of senior personnel within Hegseth’s office, with at least six aides having left since January. Defense officials have characterized these departures as routine transitions.
