Partner Executive – Seoul: Drive Growth with Agoda

Agoda is seeking a highly motivated Partner Executive to join our team in Seoul. this role is pivotal in expanding and enhancing Agoda’s supply network, contributing to increased visibility, traveler engagement, and overall revenue growth. Leveraging Agoda’s strong brand and resources, we aim to introduce more travelers to our products and services through strategic partnerships.

Teh Opportunity:

As a Partner Executive,you will be responsible for growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network by managing a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and supporting partnership-related functions at scale.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with high-growth supply partners – with a focus on the motels business – to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities and maximize partnership value.
Proactively contact new or potential supply partners to facilitate the completion of their online registrations.
Drive participation in key programs through focused project sprints.
Maintain efficient interaction with partners utilizing a variety of methods including phone, email, messaging, and webinars.
Provide training and guidance to partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools, and models.
prioritize daily tasks, monitor performance, and track progress within internal systems.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business development or execution role is preferred. Native Korean language skills are essential, with business-level English proficiency preferred.
Solid computer skills are required.
Analytical skills are highly desirable.
A proven track record of using data to drive results and inform decision-making.
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and achieve ambitious targets. The capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct a minimum of 10 meaningful conversations with partners daily.
Adaptability and a willingness to embrace changing responsibilities and workflows as needed.
