A Recipe for Success: Your Role as a Cook
As a vital member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
* preparing food according to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe cooking and preparation area, prioritizing guest safety.
* Adhering to HACCP and Health Department regulations.
* Supporting the Food & Beverage Leadership Team with additional tasks as needed.
Do You Have What It Takes?
We’re looking for candidates who:
* Are at least 18 years of age.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Possess a general knowledge of, or willingness to learn, restaurant equipment.
* Can meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and pulling (with or without reasonable accommodation).
* Can effectively communicate – reading, writing, and speaking.
* Are available for flexible hours, especially during the fright Fest season, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Please note: Black, slip-resistant shoes are required.
* Prior experience (1+ years) in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
* Food Handler Certification will be provided.
