Palm Beach County Man Arrested for Sexual Battery and Impregnating Minor After TikTok Meetup
Palm Beach County Arrest Following TikTok Meetup
Authorities in Palm Beach County took a 29-year-old man into custody for allegations involving sexual battery and impregnating a child under 16, as detailed in a probable-cause affidavit filed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators stated that the victim, who was 15 at the time of the alleged incident, met Edgar Francisco Juan through TikTok in March 2026.
The victim told detectives that she and Francisco Juan later met in the parking lot of her apartment complex. The affidavit states she alleged Francisco Juan sexually assaulted her in his vehicle after she told him to stop. She later discovered she was pregnant, according to the affidavit, which also cited messages in which Francisco Juan allegedly acknowledged the child and asked for photographs.
Probation Office Interview and Charges Filed in November
Deputies interviewed Francisco Juan on Nov. 5 at the Palm Beach County probation office, where he confirmed his identity and phone number. Upon being presented with investigative messages by detectives, the affidavit notes that he claimed unfamiliarity with the subject matter before requesting legal counsel.

The arrest paperwork shows that Francisco Juan was taken into custody on Nov. 5, facing one count of sexual battery targeting a victim aged 12 to 17 alongside one count of impregnating a child under 16.
Earlier September Arrest at Tanger Palm Beach Outlets
In a separate case, a West Palm Beach man was arrested and faced felony charges after police said he sexually assaulted a woman he met through TikTok during a meetup at Tanger Palm Beach Outlets. According to a probable cause affidavit, 37-year-old Windy Christian Forelus was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment.
Investigators in that case said the victim met Forelus through TikTok after he offered to help support her online business, and the two agreed to meet at the outlet mall Sept. 12. Police stated that the victim voluntarily got into Forelus’ vehicle in the parking lot to talk, but when she became uncomfortable and said she wanted to leave, Forelus locked the vehicle doors, prevented her from leaving, and sexually assaulted her.

After the incident, the victim drove to Miami and underwent a sexual assault examination at a hospital before reporting the incident to the West Palm Beach Police Department. Detectives identified Forelus through the phone number used to contact the victim, linked him to a black Dodge sedan seen near the outlet mall, and reviewed security video from the shopping center showing the meetup. Police also conducted a photo lineup where the victim identified Forelus, and during a later controlled phone call arranged by detectives, authorities stated Forelus made statements admitting to the sexual assault and apologized for his actions.
Jail records show Forelus is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of sexual battery and false imprisonment, and the case remains under investigation.
