Packers Sign Colorado WR Will Sheppard After Broncos Tryout

The Green Bay Packers have signed wide receiver Will Sheppard, who previously participated in a tryout with the Denver Broncos in June.

Sheppard,a former standout for the Colorado buffaloes,had a productive 2024 season,recording 48 receptions for 621 yards and six touchdowns. His collegiate career concluded with 200 catches, 2,688 receiving yards, and 27 touchdowns over 55 games. Following his selection in the NFL Draft, Sheppard is now joining the packers as an undrafted free agent.

The Broncos’ current wide receiver depth chart heading into training camp includes Courtland Sutton, devaughn Vele, Marvin Mims, Pat Bryant, Troy Franklin, and Trent Sherfield.
