Outside Lands 2024: Shuttle Details,Food Vendors & Transportation Options

SAN FRANCISCO – As Outside lands Music and Arts Festival kicks off this weekend,August 9-11,in Golden Gate Park,attendees are preparing for three days of music,art,and food.Organizers are strongly advising against driving due to limited parking and are promoting public transportation and shuttle services.

The festival’s “Taste of the Bay Area” program showcases a diverse range of local culinary talent. This year’s participating restaurants and food trucks include popular spots like bodega SF (known for its Vietnamese-inspired street food), Batches Bakehouse (specializing in cookies and treats), Brenda’s French Soul Food (a New Orleans-style eatery), Da Poke Man (offering Hawaiian poke bowls), FOB Kitchen (serving Filipino cuisine), and Johnny Doughnuts (featuring creative doughnut flavors). Outside Lands shuttle pass & how to get there

Parking near Golden gate Park will be “extremely limited,” according to festival organizers. Attendees are encouraged to utilize public transportation or the festival’s shuttle service.

Outside Lands provides two shuttle options: one originating from the Bill Graham civic auditorium (99 Grove Street, San Francisco) and another from the Cow Palace (2600 Geneva Avenue, Daly City). Shuttles begin running at 11:00 a.m. daily and continue operating for one hour after the final musical performance each night.The last shuttle departure to the festival from both locations is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.

Shuttle drop-off is located at the festival’s south entrance.Shuttle passes are available for purchase thru the festival’s ticketing platform and range in price from $33 to $96, depending on the chosen location and duration (single-day or three-day pass).

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) will maintain its regular weekend schedule. Attendees can take BART to downtown San Francisco stations and then transfer to Muni lines to reach Golden Gate Park. Specifically, the N-Judah Muni line provides direct access to the park’s eastern edge. More facts on BART schedules can be found on their website.
