Functionally, the Ring 4 Ceramic remains a powerful health and wellness tracker, boasting the same core features as its titanium counterpart. It’s waterproof to 100 meters and offers 5-8 days of battery life on a single charge. The Oura app has also been updated to support multiple rings, ideal for families or tracking data over time. Users can continue to rely on accurate measurements of heart rate,SpO2,skin temperature,and activity levels via the built-in accelerometer.Accessing the full suite of features, however, requires a monthly subscription of $5.99.
Oura also offers a new $100 aluminum charging case, available in sizes to perfectly fit each ring. This portable case provides approximately 90 minutes of charging time and holds up to five full charges. US customers have access to an exclusive “Health Panels” feature, allowing them to schedule blood tests at quest Diagnostics and view 50+ biomarkers within the Oura app, alongside personalized insights from the Oura Advisor chatbot (tests cost approximately $99).
