Orlando Bloom Lists Malibu Home for $12 Million—See Inside!
Orlando Bloom has listed his Malibu estate for $12 million, signaling a further step away from the property he purchased in 2011, according to a report in Elle Decor. The move comes nearly a year after his split from singer Katy Perry, confirmed in July 2025.
The two-story residence, located within a gated community near El Matador State Beach, encompasses 4,200 square feet and features four bedrooms. Bloom undertook more than $5 million in renovations during his ownership, aiming for a “Japanese feel,” as he told the Wall Street Journal. These renovations included opening the first floor layout and adding a pool.
The home’s interior design incorporates wood-beamed ceilings, barn-style doors, and industrial pendant lighting. A jade green kitchen, currently a popular design trend, is among the notable features, alongside bathrooms finished in azure blue and butter yellow. Custom furnishings created by artist Roy McMakin are similarly available for purchase with the property.
Outdoor amenities include an ocean-facing terrace spanning the length of the house, al fresco dining areas, a wet bar, a barrel sauna, and a wooden soaking tub. The property also includes a two-car garage.
Bloom, who was married to model Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013, previously stated that his son Flynn spent his early years in the home, according to the Wall Street Journal. He also shares a daughter, Daisy, with Perry. While Bloom hasn’t resided in the house full-time for several years, having rented it out in 2024, he indicated to the Wall Street Journal that “it felt like it might be the right time to let it go.”
Chris Cortazzo of Compass is handling the listing. The decision to sell follows reports in September 2025 that Bloom, Kerr, and Perry maintain a cordial relationship, with Kerr expressing support for Perry after her space flight with Blue Origin, as reported by E! News. Kerr reportedly reached out to Perry, who described the experience as “intense,” and offered reassurance.
Kerr, who shares 14-year-old son Flynn with Bloom, has publicly emphasized the importance of co-parenting and prioritizing the well-being of children, according to a KIIS FM interview reported by People. She and Perry have fostered a bond over the years, focusing on creating a supportive environment for their children.
