Oppo Find X9 Series: Specs, Release Date & 200MP Camera Rumors
Oppo unveiled its Find X9 Pro 5G smartphone this week, boasting a suite of advanced features including a 200MP camera and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. The launch signals a continued push by the company into the high-end smartphone market.
The Find X9 Pro features a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto camera with a large 1/1.56” sensor and optical image stabilization. The camera offers 70mm focal length and is capable of 10cm macro photography, according to Oppo’s official product page. The device also includes a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
Beyond the camera, the Find X9 Pro is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, built on a 3nm process. The phone will ship with Android 16 and ColorOS 16, with Oppo promising up to five major Android upgrades. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, with no microSD card slot available.
Oppo is emphasizing the phone’s design, highlighting its uniform ultra-thin bezels – measuring 1.15mm – for a seamless viewing experience. The device also incorporates a customizable “Snap Key” that can be programmed to launch various applications, including AI Mind Space, the camera, or a recorder. A 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is included for secure unlocking, even with wet or oily fingers.
The Find X9 Pro features a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 1272×2772 pixels. It is powered by a 7500mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging. The phone was released on October 22, 2025, and weighs 224g with a thickness of 8.3mm.
Alongside the Pro model, Oppo is also preparing to release the Find X9s Pro and the Find X9 Ultra. The Find X9s Pro is confirmed to also feature a dual 200MP camera system. The Find X9 Ultra is anticipated to compete with other flagship devices, potentially offering a larger battery and enhanced features. April 2026 is being positioned as a key month for new battery technology, with both the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and the Nord 6 expected to showcase advancements in power capacity.
