Hours after the audios surfaced, Porcella utilized his official instagram account to address the allegations. In a story posted on April 26, 2024, he vehemently denied using offensive language and asserted that his words had been deliberately taken out of context. He specifically emphasized his respect for Fernando Colunga.
“If I make this story is not for me, it is indeed for the respect that I have Fernando,” Porcella stated. “They have taken everything out of context. I do not say the word they say there. It is indeed not so. The only thing I do is exalt a person’s career with an extraordinary trajectory.” He further highlighted his admiration for Colunga’s personal life and philanthropic efforts.
Porcella continued, expressing his admiration for Colunga’s privacy, family life, and charitable work.”I admire Fernando for how he has led his private life, for the family he has, how he helps.
