Thirteen players with ties to the local area appeared on NFL rosters this week, with eight seeing action on active rosters. Here’s a rundown of their performances:
Henley Shines with Sack in Chargers Victory: Linebacker daiyan Henley of the Los Angeles Chargers had a strong showing in their 27-21 win over Kansas City in Brazil. Henley played all 61 defensive snaps, adding three special teams snaps, and finished with eight tackles, including an 8-yard sack of Patrick Mahomes – his second career sack.
doubs Achieves Career high in Packers Win: Wide receiver Romeo Doubs contributed to the Green Bay Packers’ 27-13 victory over Detroit. Doubs played 34 offensive snaps (71% of team plays) and recorded two receptions for 68 yards.Notably, he secured a career-long 48-yard reception in the second quarter that helped set up a touchdown. He was third on the team in targets, behind Jayden Reed and tucker Kraft.
Other Notable Performances:
Joel Bitonio (Cleveland Browns): The offensive guard played all 76 offensive snaps and three on special teams in a narrow 17-16 loss to Cincinnati. He played a penalty-free game.
Austin Corbett (Carolina Panthers): Corbett started at offensive guard, playing all 64 offensive snaps in Carolina’s 26-10 defeat by Jacksonville. He was flagged for one penalty.
Kitan Crawford (Arizona cardinals): Crawford made his NFL debut, seeing action on 22 special teams snaps in Arizona’s 20-13 win over New Orleans.

Ale Kaho (Washington Commanders): Was one of Washington’s seven inactive players in their 21-6 win over the Giants. Brandon Aiyuk (San Francisco 49ers): Remains on injured reserve.
