NASHVILLE, TN – No. 1 Nebraska rallied from a two-set deficit to defeat No.7 Kentucky 3-2 in a thrilling match at the Broadway Block Party on Sunday, marking a significant early-season victory for the Cornhuskers. Kentucky secured their 3-0 win over Lipscomb with scores of 25-12, 25-20, and 25-23, powered by Brooklyn DeLeye’s 18 kills and Eva Hudson’s 10.

Landfair once again led the Huskers with a dominant performance, while middle blocker Andi jackson proved crucial in the final sets with key blocks and attacks. DeLeye continued to be a force for Kentucky, but the Wildcats were unable to contain Nebraska’s late-match surge.
