ANNAPOLIS, Md. – the Navy Midshipmen delivered a strong performance on Saturday, defeating the NJIT Highlanders 86-70 in a high-scoring contest at Annapolis.
Aidan Kehoe led the Midshipmen with a dominant 21-point, 12-rebound performance. Austin Benigni contributed 20 points, shooting efficiently at 5-of-9 from the field and a perfect 9-for-9 from the free-throw line. Jordan Pennick added 17 points, connecting on 3 of his 5 attempts from beyond the arc.
Jinwoo Kim and Mike Woods also made notable contributions, scoring 13 and 11 points respectively, with Woods also securing 11 rebounds.
