A woman who recently gained attention for living in a cave with her two daughters in Gokarna forest, Karnataka, has spoken out to clarify her motivations, refuting claims that her decision was solely spiritual or that her children were in danger.
Initially, reports suggested that the woman, identified as kutina, had sought refuge in the cave for spiritual reasons after an idol of Panduranga Vittala, a form of the Hindu god Krishna, was discovered in her dwelling. However, in an interview with ANI, kutina asserted that her decision was primarily driven by a desire for health and a connection with nature.
“It is not about spiritually. We just like nature because it gives us health… it’s very big health, it’s not like you live in a home,” she stated, emphasizing her positive experiences living in the natural surroundings.
Kutina described the cave as “very big and beautiful” and conveniently located
