Mülheim an der Ruhr – The Mülheimer Backsteintheater will stage the comedy “Good Spirits” on October 18th and 19th, offering audiences a lighthearted evening of ghostly antics and family chaos.
The play centers around Jack Cameron, a staunch atheist crime writer, and his wife Susie, who find themselves haunting their former country home after a boating accident. Their afterlife is disrupted by a series of living occupants – a struggling author, his pregnant wife, a meddling mother-in-law, and even a guardian angel – leading to a comedic whirlwind. Directed by Susanne Zambelly,the production features Nadine Reuth,Carolin Markowsky,Marie zipp-Timmer,Christa Böhner,Zambelly herself,Wolfgang Bäcker,Martin Iwanow,and Frank Helling.
Performances are scheduled for Saturday, October 18th at 7:00 PM (ending at 9:00 PM) and Sunday, October 19th at 4:00 PM (ending at 6:00 PM) at the Old Villa, located at Schulstraße 10, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr. Admission begins 30 minutes prior to each showtime.
