FRANKFURT and ⁤MUNICH, ​November 7, 2025 – Morgan Lewis ⁣advised private equity firm LEA Partners on its successful acquisition of TAC, a Hartberg, Austria-based software ⁣provider⁤ specializing in solutions for hotel spas,‍ pools, and fitness clubs. The deal expands LEA Partners’⁣ portfolio in the⁣ technology sector and provides TAC with a new strategic‌ partner for continued growth.
