FRANKFURT and MUNICH, November 7, 2025 – Morgan Lewis advised private equity firm LEA Partners on its successful acquisition of TAC, a Hartberg, Austria-based software provider specializing in solutions for hotel spas, pools, and fitness clubs. The deal expands LEA Partners’ portfolio in the technology sector and provides TAC with a new strategic partner for continued growth.
LEA Partners, managing over €2 billion in capital commitments, focuses on investments in technology companies poised to disrupt their respective industries. TAC serves more than 1,200 customers globally, offering a comprehensive software platform encompassing reservation systems, resource scheduling, membership management, access control, point-of-sale, and payment processing capabilities. This acquisition positions LEA Partners to capitalize on the growing demand for integrated software solutions within the hospitality and wellness markets.
