Breaking News: The Ministry of Labor has announced the opening of 3,000 new agricultural job opportunities in Lebanon for Egyptian youth, with applications opening today, July 15, 2025, and closing in two days.
The Ministry of Labor is facilitating the recruitment of Egyptian citizens for agricultural roles in Lebanon, aiming to provide 3,000 new employment opportunities. This initiative is a collaboration with a Lebanese company specializing in the agricultural sector.
The positions are designed for skilled and qualified individuals within the agricultural field. Responsibilities include harvesting crops, planting seeds, working with fertilizers and pesticides, and operating modern agricultural machinery.
Eligible candidates must be between 25 and 40 years old. The employment contracts are for a duration of three years and include paid annual leave. A three-month probationary period is also a requirement, with the potential for salary increases upon contract renewal.
Heba Ahmed, Director General of Employment, detailed the benefits offered to successful applicants. These include a monthly salary of $500, provided accommodation, a travel ticket, employer-covered transportation, and health insurance compliant with Lebanese labor regulations.
