Mindful Triathlon: Race, Yoga & Meditation Retreats in Italy

by Alex Carter - Sports Editor

Wanderlust 108, the world’s only Mindful Triathlon, returns to Italy this September for its ninth edition. This unique event seamlessly blends running, yoga, and mindfulness into a transformative experience designed for personal growth and well-being. It’s not a competition, but a journey focused on conscious living and inner exploration.

Organized by 2night Spa, Wanderlust 108 offers a day dedicated to psychophysical well-being. The event comprises three key stages: a non-competitive 5k run or a mindful fitness session to initiate movement, followed by a 60-minute yoga session for deep reconnection, and concluding with a 20-minute guided meditation to complete the inner journey. Participants are encouraged to discover their “true North,” or their best selves.

surrounding the core activities is the Wanderlust Village, divided into five thematic areas: The Temple of Force, The Oasis of Movement, The Sanctuary of Wellness, The Home of the Earth, and The sacred Circle. Each area offers a variety of activities, workshops, and meetings inspired by inner travel and personal growth, designed to stimulate the body, open the mind, and nourish the spirit. The village’s setting, featuring themed Bedouin curtains, further enhances the immersive narrative of the journey.

additional “Always On” and “UNCOMMS” activities provide collateral experiences with high-value content, offering participants an even more immersive journey. Wanderlust 108 will take place in Milan at City Life park on September 20 and 21, and in Venice at Park of San Giuliano on September 27.
