The move expands the Saudi German Hospital network and introduces a new healthcare option for residents of northern Jeddah.
The agreements, approved by the Saudi German Board of Directors, outline a complete partnership with Sobhi Abdel-jalil Petraji Medical Hospital, owned by New Sabah Medical Company. These collaborations signal MEAH’s strategic growth and commitment to expanding access to specialized medical care within the Kingdom.
Under the terms of the agreements, MEAH will receive 10% of the net monthly profit from the trademark licensing, with no financial risk to company assets. Additionally,MEAH will earn 3% of the hospital’s net revenues after assigned deductions under the management and operation contract, which commences upon official handover of the facility. The initial phase focuses on preparing the hospital for launch, with MEAH providing supervisory services to ensure a smooth transition to full operational capacity.
