Meta Muse AI App Expands to iPad with New Business Connectors
Meta has expanded its proactive agentic AI tool, Muse, to the iPad following a multi-week run as the top free iPhone application on the U.S. The software release arrives as part of an ongoing platform rollout that initially brought the app to the iPhone in September, followed by a Mac version days later.
The Tech TL;DR:
- Muse is now available on the iPad as a free App Store download, expanding its reach from iPhone and Mac.
- The latest update introduces new connectors for workplace software including Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Klaviyo, Zoom, Notion, Granola, and Meta ad accounts.
- The proactive AI agent is designed to handle business tasks such as marketing planning, client pitch creation, and landing page generation based on user approval.
Expanding Platform Reach and New App Connectors
The latest Muse update adds tablet form-factors to Meta’s deployment strategy, making the mostly-free assistant accessible across iPad displays. Alongside the iPad launch, the application introduces a broader suite of software connectors designed to bridge everyday productivity tools with the agentic AI engine. Users can now link platforms such as Notion, Granola, Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Klaviyo, Zoom, and Meta ad accounts directly into the workflow.
Positioned as a competitor to existing conversational systems and autonomous utilities such as Grok Bot, ChatGPT Dots, and OpenClaw, Muse relies on these integrations to execute multi-step operational requests. Developers and small business operators can direct the agent to handle administrative and creative tasks—ranging from structuring client presentations to spinning up new product pages—provided each distinct action receives explicit user sign-off.
