Nashville to Host Inaugural Mental Health Music festival This Weekend
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nashville will debut its first Mental Health Multi-Genre Music Festival this Saturday at The Cobra in east Nashville, aiming to expand access to mental health resources, notably within the city’s music industry.Doors open at 3 p.m. with performances beginning at 4 p.m.
The festival, organized by Mental Health Songwriter nights, seeks to benefit local mental health initiatives. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the cause, and 100% of proceeds from a raffle held during the event will also be contributed.
Attendees will have access to facts and support from several mental health organizations and local business vendors. Food will be provided by The Tower Market & Deli.
This event marks a first-of-its-kind effort in Nashville, directly connecting live music across diverse genres with mental health resources for musicians navigating the challenges of Music city’s competitive landscape.
