Medicaid Committee Position: Dental Professional Needed in Nebraska

Nebraska Medicaid Seeks Dental Professional for Advisory Committee

Lincoln, NE – The Nebraska Department of ⁢Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division ​of Medicaid ‌and Long-Term Care (MLTC), is actively recruiting ⁢a dental professional to join the Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC). This position⁤ will provide crucial input ‍on Medicaid policy development and ⁣program enhancements.

The MAC serves ‌as an advisory body to the Medicaid agency, comprised of⁣ diverse stakeholders including healthcare providers, ‌community organizations, advocates, and policy experts.

“We’re hoping the addition⁢ of⁣ a dental professional will help round out the wide array ⁤of⁤ voices within the MAC and ensure that the field⁣ is well-represented in regard to the decisions that Nebraska Medicaid makes,” stated Drew Gonshorowski, Director of MLTC.
