Mechanical Technician – London

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Technician to join our client’s team on a permanent basis in London. You will be part of our established MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) department, providing a comprehensive one-stop solution for operation and maintenance services.
What you’ll do:
* Take ownership of preventative maintenance schedules for pumping systems and associated equipment.
* Respond to and resolve reactive and corrective maintenance issues on mechanical equipment.
* Diagnose faults, investigate root causes, and accurately document findings.
* Perform repairs, replacements, and calibrations on equipment and pumps as needed.
* Collaborate with operational staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
* Ensure all work adheres to The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
What you’ll bring:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
* Proven industrial experiance in a maintenance role.
* Solid background in Mechanical and Industrial Maintenance.
* A demonstrable commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
* Full, valid UK driver’s license.
