Measling cases are increasing in Europe – FHI warns travelers:

Health officials are urging individuals to get vaccinated against measles, especially if they have upcoming travel plans. The suggestion comes as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the highly contagious disease.

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) advises that anyone who is unvaccinated or has not had measles shoudl consider receiving the vaccine. This is particularly meaningful for those planning international travel, as it increases the risk of exposure to the virus in different regions.
