Maya Hawke & Christian Lee Hutson Married: Valentine’s Day Wedding Details!

February 15, 2026 Julia Evans – Entertainment Editor Entertainment

Maya Hawke, known for her role in Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” married musician Christian Lee Hutson on Valentine’s Day, February 14, in a New York City ceremony, according to multiple reports.

The wedding, held at St. George’s Episcopal Church, was attended by a star-studded guest list including Hawke’s parents, actors Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, who were married from 1998 to 2005, and several of her “Stranger Things” co-stars: Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, and Joe Keery, People reported.

Hawke, 27, wore a classic white wedding gown paired with a feathery winter coat, even as Hutson, 35, opted for a black-and-white tuxedo. Following the ceremony, the couple and their guests celebrated at Manhattan’s The Players Members Club, Page Six reported.

Hutson confirmed his engagement to Hawke in a 2025 interview with SoCal Sound Session, responding with a simple “Yeah” when asked about his “fiancée,” Maya, in relation to a song they collaborated on. The couple reportedly first met while making music together years ago, and Hutson featured on Hawke’s 2024 album, Chaos Angel.

Hawke previously discussed the benefits of dating a friend during an appearance on The Zach Sang Show in June 2024, stating, “recommend highly enough dating your friends. It’s the best. They know you, they understand that you’re a person and a human being that has dated other people who has dated them. Who has feelings and is a living, breathing human not just like a piece of paper to project image of perfect girlfriend onto.”

The couple made their red carpet debut at the opening night of the Broadway show “John Proctor is the Villain” at NYC’s Booth Theater in April 2025, as reported by Billboard.
