Marketing Jobs Milan | Nike – Brand & Retail Opportunities
Nike is actively recruiting for multiple positions within its Milan marketing team, signaling a continued investment in the Italian market and a focus on integrating sport and culture within the city. The roles, outlined in a recent internal posting, will support the delivery of brand and retail marketing plans across Nike Stores and partner locations.
The company is seeking “curious, energetic marketeers” with a strong connection to Italian culture, particularly within Milan, and an understanding of how brand storytelling translates to a local context. The positions will involve shaping concepts, activating sport-related events, and ensuring a strong Nike presence throughout the marketplace. The team will collaborate with brand marketing, retail marketing, marketplace planning, store teams, and cross-functional partners across Europe.
The roles are designed to support both brand and retail marketing initiatives, encompassing seasonal executions, in-store activations, and marketplace insights. The focus will span key categories including Running, Training, Football, and sport-led lifestyle. A key element of the strategy involves leveraging Nike Live concepts, which emphasize personalized service and building a consumer base around integrating sport into daily life, as evidenced by the Nike Store at Il Centro commercial center.
Nike currently operates at least two retail locations in Milan: Nike Store Milano Porta, located in Piazza Gae Aulenti, and Nike Store Milano Loreto on Corso Buenos Aires. The Piazza Gae Aulenti location is a flagship store spanning three floors, characterized by a minimalist aesthetic with exposed ceiling ducts and a mix of light wood and grey flooring. The store features expansive shoe walls, clothing racks, and mannequin displays. Both stores are currently listed as closed, with reopening scheduled for 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM respectively.
The recruitment drive comes as Milan continues to be a significant hub for fashion, culture, and commerce. The city’s Centro district, including Duomo Square and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, remains a key destination for shopping and luxury retail, providing a competitive landscape for Nike’s brand presence.
