Manchester City Announces Coaching Staff Departures
Manchester City Football Club confirmed Wednesday that key members of Pep Guardiola’s coaching staff are departing the club. Juanma Lillo and Íñigo Domínguez will leave upon the expiry of their contracts, marking a notable shift in the team’s backroom personnel.
Lillo,according to Manchester City,enjoyed two periods of great success
with the club.His initial stint began in 2020, followed by a return after managing Al-Sadd Catarí between 2022 and 2023.

Domínguez and Vicens Also Exit
Íñigo Domínguez joined the ‘Sky Blue’ club alongside Lillo during his second spell.Both departures follow the previously announced exit of Carlos Vicens, who has taken the head coach position at Sporting Braga in Portugal after four years with Guardiola’s staff.
Club Statement and Future Plans
The club released a statement acknowledging the contributions of the departing coaches:
Assistant Coaches Juanma Lillo and Inigo Dominguez will leave Manchester City upon the expiry of their contracts.
Carlos Vicens has also departed the Club to become the Head Coach of S.C Braga.
