Injuries and illness are impacting both sides,forcing coaches to consider last-minute adjustments. mammoth coach Andre Tourigny has indicated multiple players are game-time decisions, while the sharks are dealing with a trio of sidelined forwards and a defenseman on injured reserve.

Forward Pavol Regenda has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) and will make his season debut. Adam Gaudette is questionable due to an illness. Both Michael Misa and Jeff Skinner skated with the team this morning but will not be in the lineup.
