The Association des Familles Rurales (AFR) of Magnoac saw a strong turnout for its recent event, with numerous families attending to support and applaud the performances of their children. Gérald Adoue, the director of the AFR,expressed his satisfaction with the eager participation.
The program showcased a diverse range of activities, including musical awakening and theatre led by Camille Chabert. Dance performances, featuring both children and adults, were choreographed by Cindy Komazzenko. Participants also enjoyed linguistic immersion with Doriane Lopez for Spanish and Pierre Cames for Gascon. Additionally, children’s and adult choirs, both directed by Christian Bollègue, presented their vocal talents.
The festive atmosphere was enhanced by the hall’s decorations, a collaborative effort by Régine and Norihori Prudhomme, who lead the Japan workshop, and Pierrette Hijazi, in charge of the sewing group. The children themselves also contributed to the decor.
The evening concluded with a culinary experience. The English workshop, under Odile Taylor, contributed to a spread that was further enriched by the culinary skills of Christian Bollègue and a potluck contribution from the parents, creating a generous buffet.
