by Emma Walker – News Editor

The Made Local Marketplace celebrated its reopening with a grand re-opening party Sunday at its fresh location in Santa Rosa, at the corner of Farmers Lane and Montgomery Drive. The event, which ran from 1 p.m. To 3 p.m., featured booths from local vendors and complimentary refreshments.

Shoppers at the grand re-opening were able to browse offerings from a variety of North Bay makers, including Kiss the Flower, Cloverleaf Ranch, and Proof Remedy, according to the marketplace.

Visitors enjoyed floral takeaways while supplies lasted, and live music was performed by Hannah Jern-Miller. Samples were also available from Sonoma Sauces, Crossroads Eats, Tienda Salsita, and other vendors.

The marketplace, which features products from over 1,200 North Bay artisans, also maintains a location in Novato. The Santa Rosa store had been in transition prior to the reopening, according to a recent post on the Made Local Marketplace Facebook page.

Made Local Marketplace offers a range of locally made goods, including gifts, art, jewelry, candles, and treats. Makers featured by the marketplace include JAMBAR, Honey Co., K+M CHOCOLATE, and Taylor Lane Coffee.
