The Rain Will Bring Flowers Foundation will host its third annual “Planting Seeds of Hope” event on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM CST at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The event aims to share hope and resources within the community, bringing together local, campus, and national partners.
This year’s event is a collaboration between the Rain Will Bring Flowers Foundation, LSU Athletics, The LCLUB, Our Lady of the Lake Health, and The Joe Burrow Foundation. According to event listings, more details regarding the program are forthcoming and will be available on the Rain Will Bring Flowers website, rainwillbringflowers.org.
The Pete Maravich Assembly Center has recently hosted other sporting events, including an LSU Tigers men’s basketball game against the Alabama Crimson Tide on February 21, 2026, with tickets starting at $12. The Assembly Center will too serve as the venue for the “Planting Seeds of Hope” event, which focuses on mental health discussion and features personal stories from prominent LSU figures.
The event is free and open to the community. Interested individuals can register their attendance or request notification regarding ticket information through the event website. The Rain Will Bring Flowers Foundation highlights the event as an opportunity for local and national partners to connect and offer support.
