Los Angeles, CA – July 2, 2025 – A significant mixed-use progress promising both much-needed affordable housing and a powerful tribute to Japanese-American WWII veterans is rapidly taking shape in Downtown Los Angeles’ historic Little Tokyo neighborhood. Go For Broke plaza and the First Street North Residences,spearheaded by the Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC),is nearing its peak in wood framing,signaling a major step forward for the project.
