Had a good experience at the Wall Street Journal store in Terminal D. Picked up a couple of interesting books along with some hygiene products. The store was well-stocked, and the service was efficient and friendly. Overall, a pretty solid airport shopping stop.
I subscribed to The Wall Street Journal for the print edition, but since my subscription, I’ve received only the wrong newspaper… a local one I never signed up for. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, spent hours on the phone, and even showed them Ring camera footage proving the error. Nothing changed.nnI even contacted the other newspaper (The Advocate), who confirmed I’m not subscribed to them… but the wrong paper keeps showing up.nnI finally cancelled my WSJ subscription out of frustration. I was paying for a service I didn’t receive, and the only response I kept getting was: “you still have digital access.” If I wanted digital only, I wouldn’t have paid for print.nnDisappointing and unacceptable experience.
My wife and I have had a print subscription for the Wall Street Journal for 30 years and love it. There is no other newspaper we trust more for its news reporting and accuracy.
