The Post in Wellington, NZ

i am giving you 5 star. ButnI was going to my home country 10 years later, I bought some gifts for my children online as per my children's choice, my flight was on Monday and the delivery date was also on Monday, but my parcel reached Wellington Grenada from Auckland on Saturday morning at 3:15 am. I went to Grenada early on Saturday morning and understood that these are gifts for my children, they are waiting for dad to bring the gifts, after 10 years I would have met my children, but. The receptionist said today is Saturday and this is not the picking point, no one can help you, sorry, I am not complaining to NZ Post, it is a sad story, I requested them many times to give it to me, the parcel is in your depot, please, but unfortunately I had to go empty handed to my children. 😢😢. I myself work as a public servant in NZ, it has happened many times that I have worked for people after understanding their feelings, but… no worries, God bless you all 🙏🏻

I give the place four stars because of the lawncare maintenance man who helped us, since the location isn’t actually open to the public. I didn’t know until I showed up after chasing down a package on the NZ Post app. But kudos to the guy who helped us figure out where we should track our package to.

Watched the courier driver on my camera turn up for 2mins, then messages me unable to deliver package because he either couldnt find the address or felt unsafe to leave it, he ddnt even get out of his van, then we cannot get ahold of anyone to see where my daughters bday present has gone, it is now missing, why dont they ring the damn number we have given them on our info, had me running around all day yesterday looking for a $2000 present

We keep having continuous great service with this courier company, we often have a courier driver named John who is very mindful of any requests made regarding the dropping off of any parcels. Definitely more than happy with his service!

The epitome of incompetency. What's the point of paying extra for the supposed additional security of tracking when NZ Post routinely falsifies information? I'm at risk of losing a contract because of their repeated mishandling of business goods through this particular branch. They have become less reliable than Aramex.

GGGRRR... waiting for an important parcel, tracking info says 'on board with courier since 08.14am, it's now 19.11 and I've received an email stating it's 'unable to be delivered'??? Shit service, soooo disappointed, will use Aramex in future!
