It appears there is no longer a physical office in New Plymouth. Ringing the listed number seems to get you through to a call Centre (maybe overseas?). My elderly father was trying to pay an account and set up a direct debit due to not using internet. The person on the phone was not able to provide a direct debit form just asked for his bank account details over the phone. It did not feel a secure way and with no validation who we were talking to. The world is becoming a harder place for those who do not use a computer.
