Despite Evri's listing, this location is NOT 'packageless return' and the employee I spoke to was very condescending at my enquiries. Will not be returning here for any reason, and will go out of my way to select a different, further away store.

They have a disagreement with Evri regarding what they need to do for processing returns and instead of sorting it with them, they take it out on the customers.nnAmazon/Evri tells customers that they need to only hand over their return and the label to the store and that the store will do the rest, including packaging. But they don't, and want you to do everything yourself, which would be fine, if that was the expectation set, but it's not.nnInstead of sorting the issue with Amazon/Evri or informing customers politely, they are outright rude, dismissive and unhelpful as you will see noted from the other reviews as well. Would be useful if they took some training in customer interactions, but don't think they care or even understand the potential sales loss that they could avoid by just being more polite to those coming for returns.

Visited on several occasions to drop off returns.nNo greeting or acknowledgement of you being in the store despite you smiling or greeting them, gives instructions in a condescending manner, and is inefficient at processing the returns even when I am the only customer.nOverall poor customer service but convenient location otherwise would not visit!!

The worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. Called a c*** by the person behind the till. Went to drop a parcel off at opening time the morning after the World Cup final. Shop was 15 minutes late to open. Wouldn’t have been an issue but the person opening up never acknowledged me or apologised for me waiting outside on the rain. Never spoke to me when I came in, said please or thank you, smiled, nothing. I said ‘so much for customer service’ on the way out, which was when he called me a c*** in front of two other customers. Never been spoken to like that in my life. This shop deserves to fail.

Rude non trustworthy staff. They told me the ups didn't arrived with very bad manners when the parcel was already there. They treat you with disrespectful language. Avoid at all costs.

The worst customers service that I ever seen in my life if I've been there to leave a parcel and I've been shouted from the person who was working there just because I asked information once I said there's no need to shout he started to get even more aggressive with the tone. This kind of people should not be working in a place like this if they're not capable to do properly the job...
