Philadelphia Tribune in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US

Good morning Google Family. I had the blessed fortune of visiting the Philadelphia Tribune in person. My mom's obituary was in the Sunday edition and I could not find the paper anywhere. I went to several newstands and none of them carried the Philadephia Tribune. My brother had the idea of going there in person and I thought of course thats a great idea. So I travelled downtown yesterday. Most of the time I would get a Lyft downtown but because this was a fast trip, I just decided to drive and go. I had many more places to go afterwards. I was blessed to find a young lady who was near the door. I knocked and I told her the reason I was there. She looked in the paper and lo and behold, my mom's picture and story was there. She let me in and she let me see it. She said good thing I came because they get rid of the papers after a few days. God is so good that I got there in time to get 10 (ten) papers. I was so ecstatic that I started dancing. When I asked the young lady what her name was and she said Renee. I said are you Renee Wooten? She said yes and I told her that I was calling her back around 2021 to ask if I could do a fitness column in the Tribune. She was my go between. I needed to speak to someone else but I could not get him. Finally one day I did talk to the person and he was saying that there were other people doing fitness columns in the paper. How incredible, that after four years, I finally meet Ms. Renee Wooten in the flesh? God is so Awesome!!! I asked if I could take pictures and they said yes. I took pictures of everything that said Tribune. I bought 10 papers at $2.50 apiece, so then I took out $25.00. Good thing I had cash on me because most of the time I only have my debit card. This was a most memorable visit. I enjoyed my visit here Google Family. Don't forget to work out, be Healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!
