As parents, we were a bit nervous, but she explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable from the start.nThe piercing was done neatly and professionally, and she handled our baby with so much care. Been to this pharmacy a few times, and today I went in to have my passport photo taken. The lady at the counter is always very nice and helpful. Service is always consistently good and the store displays are neat and tidy.

Bruna was absolutely delightful when I took my 6 month old to get her ears pierced. She was extremely professional and made my little one feel comfortable.

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, wont even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist attitude was like we were doing him a favour, infact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take out prescriptions there. It doesnot cost to smile and doesnot cost to come out have a word with customer instead of passing message back and forth via shop staff.nnEdit : I waited for the pharmacist but he was least interested. There were no other customers at all. Would you have said the same if it was a positive review that customer should talk to pharmacist instead of posting a positive review. Plenty of pharmacies in the area to choose from anyway. We thought we would support small business.

Recently I did ear piercings for my daughter and the lady who did the ear piercing for my daughter was amazing. I truly recommend home pharmacy.
