The New Journal and Guide is a trusted African-American-owned newspaper serving Virginia and beyond since 1900. As one of the oldest continuously published Black newspapers in the United States, NJG delivers in-depth news, opinion, culture, politics, health, and community coverage focused on empowering the Black community.
