I'm giving this place 3 stars because of one their employee he is a complete (al'ahmaq). When he's working alone, his behavior is completely different—he can be very disrespectful, rude, and has a nasty attitude when speaking to customers. He's usually the one standing on the right when there are two people working.nOn my last visit, I came in just to play the lotto and was left waiting for over 10 minutes before I said anything. When I finally spoke up, a small back-and-forth started. He claimed I was upset because of the people behind me, which wasn't true.nWhen I looked back, there were several African-American customers in line, and his comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary-as if he was trying to provoke tension between me and them.nThat situation could have easily escalated, and I found it very concerning. I've always treated him with respect and even tipped him when l've won, so this behavior was disappointing. Unfortunately, it seems to only happen when he's by himself.
