Reasonably priced car park on the edge of town, next to leisure centre

Great place to leave your car. Always you can find a place and it's cost just £1 p/hnThe only thing which is not so good - it's a bit far from the centre 😁

I parked here on Wednesday afternoon 27 December 2023. There were plenty of parking spaces. One can pay with the Ringo app or with cash. It’s £1 an hour up to 4 hours and £5 for 5 to 24 hours. Very convenient parking for the Cathedral and the town centre. The Leisure Centre is next to the parking lot.

An ideal parking location if you're heading into Hereford. We approached from the south, so it was easy to get to. Parking was £5 for 24 hours. A very short walk and you cross the river - then you're into the beginning of the central area with lots to explore. De Koffe Pot (right-hand side after the bridge) is recommended for food and drink. The incredible cathedral is close-by as well. *No photo as I didn't expect to be asked to write a review for a car park!

Be careful with card payments in the morning. The card machine often struggles to connect for contactless payments, which is incredibly frustrating. If that happens, you'll have to use the app to pay, and that means paying more for the same amount of time. It feels like Hereford Council is just trying to squeeze out extra money wherever they can. Normal really.
