What visitors are saying

I’m not real enthusiastic about the Houston Chronicle and I’m not trying to be mean. I have read it several times, and most recently. Many of my friends routinely dive into reading the information and I like getting the information also so we should applaud the chronicle for giving us these wonderful rights, so that we can understand it, debate about it, and just move together, collectively as a nation, continuing . We all need to remember remember freedom of press, and there should never be any kind of insurrections . For those of you out there, you should be aware the newspaper is just not a newspaper but it’s actually two newspapers on the same day where you have to pay four dollars on the first stack of the newspaper, and then, the second stack four dollars. So that is eight dollars. I realize, just like you all do, it’s more expensive than what it was many years ago and if you want to do the Sunday paper and the Saturday paper you had to pay a total of eight dollars to get the information advertisements and all that other fun stuff. we all realize that everything is more expensive now (supporting the staff of the Houston Chronicle, all of its other suppliers, that they have to pay, all kinds of rules, regulations, attorneys, and everything else which cost a whole lot of money and so on and so on and so on, and we can make a long long long long list about running a business enterprise correctly, thoughtfully, and benefiting the constituents and patrons of the newspaper. How did we get to the point from approximately in the range of five days before, or after 20 years ago, where we could years ago we only paid $1.25 range back then. I know everything changes…. is anybody taking a look to see the revenue and results of the prophets from the Houston Chronicle, which may be associated with affiliates as a consortium?nnI’m certain there are a lot of Houston Chronicle employees who do fantastic jobs, and over the many years, we’ve seen all of the great things they’ve done for us, and kept us literate and knowledgeable, and on top of knowing what’s going on not only in just Houston and just Texas because there’s a whole lot more other than Texas. What I don’t completely understand is why does it cost eight dollars to two volumes of papers on Saturday or Sunday? Should cost that much? I’m curious about the revenue, which I am possibly mistaken, that it’s not just the chronicle, but also associated with a much larger consortium of publishers throughout the United States, and possibly from foreign interests. if anybody has any ideas on how to answer this, please feel free. Oh, I forgot you actually can purchase the Houston Chronicle online and if I’m not mistaken I think they’re giving some reductions for the first three months and then there after I’m not quite sure what it is. (so take a look). We are supposed to be taken care of one another helping with literacy, boating up our children for the future, eliminating bias, and way too much bigotry in what is supposed to be good in Texas. There are many states in our union (The United States of America) However, I really do love Texas and it’s many fine, caring people. Again, I’m not entirely an expert of hollow that works so excuse me again. I’m not entirely an expert of how that works so excuse me.
