Singer Linda Kalniņa, formerly known as Lily and familiar to viewers of “Talent Factory,” has opened up about her divorce from musician Don. The couple, once considered a prominent pair, surprised many with the news of their separation. Kalniņa shared her perspective on why their paths diverged.

Kalniņa explained that the divorce was not due to any single person’s fault. She described it as a natural drifting apart, a sentiment she reflects on differently with age. “No one is guilty, it just happens – people are moving away,” she stated.

Don returned to Latvia in the summer of 2012 to prepare for composer Zigmar Liepiņš’s anniversary concerts, but he did so without Kalniņa.

The woman does not yet understand the reasons for his actions. It offends much deeper than offended now when I have 41,” she shared.
