Amsterdam, Netherlands – Former goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden (GTST) star Liesbeth List has expressed strong interest in reprising her role as Daantje Mus, but with a new professional twist: she’d like to play a psychologist in the popular soap opera. List recently made a brief return to the show, sparking warm memories and opening the door to a potential longer-term comeback.
“So I liked it so much that I would like it again,” List enthusiastically stated, reflecting on her recent appearance. She added that a busier personal life previously prevented a sustained return, but “I had such a busy life so far, with the children and dogs. Now I would have time for that again.”
List envisions her character integrating into the Meerdijk community through a healthcare role.”Suppose I would come back, then I would really like… because I am now doing something in healthcare, I would really like to play a psychologist,” she explained. She specifically highlighted a potential working relationship with the showS resident general practitioner, Luuk Bos, played by Kees Boot.”I see myself standing next to the doctor,” List said.
While List is eager to revisit her role, former on-screen rival Wouter de jong, who played Milan Alberts, is less inclined to return.De Jong left the show on October 21, 2004, though the character briefly reappeared three years later, recast with actor Robin Zijlstra. De Jong found the recast amusing, noting Zijlstra’s significantly different appearance – “He was muscular and had blond hair. He was also longer.” list concurred, describing the recast as “a completely different type.”
The interview also touched on List’s initial experience on the show, recalling a memorable mishap during her first kiss scene.
